The Ps3 will launch in japan in January.
The Ps3 will not include a buildt in network adapter.
The Ps3 launch at an aditional cost of 699$ however this is only what they state right now, it may well increase in prize, with extra features.
Metal gear solid 4 will launch with the machine, and will therefore most probably be shown att E3.
The Ps3´s "CELL" is indeed a Shrinked G5. This might meand that The revolution will be more powerful.
The weight on the system will be about 6kg, it might indeed increase in weight due to expansions.
The design of the system i complete and i will post some sketches when i get my hands on them. This will happen soon, if Sony doesn´s cut their "leak".

As far as now, the colours provided are only blue black and silver.

When you say "The Ps3 launch at an aditional cost of 699$", that translated into regular English is "The PS3 will launch at a cost of $699", correct? Or doesn't that "aditional cost" thing mean that that's with special features, and the base PS3 will cost less? Because if not, $700 is very steep.

I'll have to check with my sources that sent me that email. But from the rest of the stuff I didnt choose to post, I believe a base price ma be some around the ball park of like $400 and that just console and 1 contoller, but don't hold me to that.

From Gaming Age Forums:

- PS3 development is running behind schedule, the cause is the disc medium.
- As a result, hardware will not be at E3, and software will only be shown as movies.
- Koei, From, Capcom, Konami, Namco, Sega etc are on board.
- Developer tools are somewhat of an improvement over 1st gen PS2's, but nowhere near as easy to use as 360's.
- Wireless LAN and HDD will be included.

Nothing confirmed, but rumored.

This sounds fishy to me. Just go read ign or gamespot.com.
By the way, I heard the PS3 is even easier to develop for than PS2. As when compared to hte X Box 360, I don't know. The thing is probably like a PC anyway...
