Laughable. It is impossible democratically speaking to ban gay marriages before a democratic institution. Inside a religious context, yes, but in a democratic context no.

ok, how about this, as a US citizen, if you move to Canada and try to come back to the US after the next election, we charge you for treason and then promtly execute you. Seems far to me. or i guess we could just invade Canada, no one would probably notice, but that is not what matters!
