How do I go about getting video captures off of my PS2 on to my PC? And make it look good, not some grainy crap.

That's all I know, I heard someone talking about in a chat.

I dunno where to get it and what kind to get and how to hook it up and where to hook it up or how to use, how much they cost, if they exist, or not.
