Default Kinds of games

What are the kinds of games that you like to play most? I prefer racing games and the strategy games. But in most of the cases, these strategy games will require extra functionalities and my graphics card will not support them. So i avoid playing them.

When I first got into computer games I had an Apple IIe and the graphics capabilities were fairly primitive by today's standards, so the flight simulators, sub sims, and map-and-symbol strategy games I liked back then suited me fine.

I like strategy games and simulators still, but the flight ones require too much graphics card power and memory. I get by with playing a couple of older but Vista-friendly games such as Star Wars: Empire at War and Sid Meier's Civilization IV.
