Every time we read that excessive exposure to sun can leave your skin damaged to quite an extent and it may result in certain incurable skin infections. These warning are worth lending ear or they are to be ignored?
I think excessive exposure to sunlight after 9am will cause harm to the skin such as skin cancer. Especially now that the ozone layers are not intact, UV rays directly passes through the atmosphere.
Actually everything that is too much is bad for anybody. I wouldn’t call sun bathing as bad for the people. It is just how people are having too much of it.
That is right, things if done in moderation can 't harm you much.Sunscreens can be beneficial and the time when one opts to sunbathe should be watched out.
My grandfather has skin cancer and he was in construction for most of his life so he was constantly outside...but you do need to protect yourself...you also need to not be CONSTANTLY in the sun...it's not good to just sunbath every single day.
