I think its Paris Hilton. The only reason people know her name, is because of her surname. Yes, sure she has her own perfume and jewelry etc, but thats not why she's famous. The real reason she has any title is through her family. She has exploited her family to make herself into something she's not. She's just so fake! what do you think?

Yes it is her name that came to my mind at first stance.She is the one who didn't deserve even a penny but she owns millions, she is sheer lucky that she is born in such a family and I have heard that there were number of stances when the family has decided to disown her.

I don't think Paris is the worst looking celebrity but I do know she is not the best looking one or even good looking one. I mean She's not that pretty, I guess when you post nude or have got some scandals and have lots and lots of money, you would be considered one hot famous celebrity.

yes, i agree. i never liked this girl. she's famous but she doesn't deserve it. she's a disgrace to her family and she even ruined her image. no shame!

to add one, i also think Lindsay Lohan should be in this category. this girl is much like Paris Hilton. She is talented but no personality and i pity this girl so much for having a very bad image.
