Default Do you visit your doctor regularly?
Do you go for regular checkups to your physician or you pay a visit when you are face some kind of health problem?

Honestly, I hate going to the doctors, but yearly checkups are necessary. I try to take care of myself with proper diet and exercise, and thank God I am pretty healthy.
