Going to the gym became part of my routine. I workout thrice a week about 2-3 hours a day. And seems like my day isn't complete if I miss a session. Anyone here who are gym buddies?
I am also regular with my gym routine, I go alternate days and workout for almost two hrs and that is the best slot of my day.I really feel more energetic and fit for the rest of the day.
My husband is health freak and he is working out for last 5 years. Now, he also inspires me to join the gym and get my body in good shape. I am trying hard and work out on alternate days.
I used to go to the gym a lot but ever since but because the instructor is too talkative and talks about those who earn online as less of a man. I never go back. Right now, I’m just exercising at the comfort of my home.
i also used to go to the gym. but i just can not make it as my hobby because i am a very busy person. i wish i could have more time for myself. i really need to work out. lol
