Well, we had a power outage here in Seattle yesterday, the cause? Strong winds and several cases of tornadoes (around the Canadian border)

I was working at that time, and the Mall's indoor lights just flickered and got dark. I was kinda pissed off because I just started work. An hour later, I was told to close down my shop. Ugh. Seattle has the craziest weather; the day before, it was hot and sunny, yesterday, we had strong winds, rain and hail, today, it's warm and sunny. Ugh...

Anyhoo, tell about your experience in a black out.

I remember that it happened to me when I was in the shower.

It happened to a friend of mine when she was in the fitting rooms at a dept. store.

Most people just light candles out or have a camp site up, eh? ;)

Well when I lived in Minnesota when we had outages it was usually during a tornado warning/watch but one time in the summer the power went out because a transformer got messed up or something so the town blacked out (a town of 200 mind you) but it was in the middle of the day, so we went to the next town and ate out and when we got back the power was back.

I once had a power outage..ONLY once...I was at my house, my friend was over and we were playing on my xbox, when suddenly the lights went out and we screamed like little girls, and (No it didnt sound like Diablo singing Toxic ) *shruggs* bah
