Well, it's official, I finally got my Koy-Parents (or God-parents) Hench forth, I'll call them by those titles. So I'm happy, it's bring a closer relationship to both families, ironically, everyone's in favor of this event!

To sum everything up; my family's villa in China's cursed, since it's built ontop of a graveyard; the spirits cursed the household by shortening the lives of all male decendants; (my grandfather died of lung cancer at his mid 40s [smoker], my father dies in his mid 40s due to liver cancer, and me, a heart attack at age 19) sure, there might be nothing in connection with what so ever, and maybe it is genetics; but the thing is, my father was adopted, and all he has was the family name.

So, in order to stop this curse, I need a Koy-Ma, since "Double the Mothers; Double the Love; Double the Protection" (I'd been seraching for one over a year, but no luck, until I found them!)

Actually, they're my friends, just several years older than me, but they still qualify as my Koy-Parents, so I'm glad!

We did a nifty tea ceremony, in which, we exchange red envelopes (money!), new clothes, and offerings. Then we feasted on a big dinner reception at a chinese resturant, not bad! Well, here's some pics:
