No, it's under Active Tournaments, and there are still people that have to play it, though evidently there's a problem.

And Sandals, it's always been that if you play it through the regular Arcade it doesn't count, that way you can practice before you use your 3. I don't know why it wouldn't let you play in the tournament though, that's weird.
