what kind of limits? you mean player limits? Is the maxiumum amount of players per tournament 8?

No, I think you can do more, but like this staff vs. members tournament was a 4v4 tournament, so only the first 4 members who wanted in could participate, and since there are only 4 staff members, all the staff that wanted to play got to.
