As usual, I was hosting games on the zone. A Microsoft MEMBER PLUS
"Justice4you" joined my game in the lobby and immediately announced
that he was going for a smoke and would be back in a few minutes. He
joined the game and then expected us to wait to start the game until
he returned from his cigarette break. It was either wait or kick him
out of the game and risk being bullied by the sysop from then on.
