how do you make custom avatars????

with programs that can make them such as Photoshop or paint if your desperate

adobe.com has Photoshop, and jasc.com has Paint Shop Pro. Both of which aren't free but you can download trials for them.

i know how to make a custom avatar i meant to say how do i put my custom avatar on here. Because they don't let you use your own avatars that you have.

Yeah, post it in the Icon Submissions thread. Keep in mind that you can't have a custom icon unless you're a mod/smod/admin. By custom I mean one with your name on it.
