Just post them in the icon submission thread (Digital Art & Design), it's always been there. Make sure it follows the rules. I'm not really strict as long as it's 80x80, isn't custom, and isn't really assy.



It's in Playstation/Playstation 2

You need a program for that. Photoshop, Image Ready, etc.
