Sir/Madam,

I have Midtown Madness 2 PC Games , When I install it on my pc , its
shows bad graphics.I chek the website for this problem then i found the patch
file "mm2xppat.exe" .But when i try to start the game after applying this
patch . I got error message on the screen that - Please insert the correct cd
rom and restart the application. The Midtwon Madness CD ROM is already in the
CD Drive but it shows the above message.I also do each and everything given
on
this page regarding this issue
"http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;228985" But still no
progress at all.I have NVIDIA GEFORCE 6200 PCI EXPRESS Graphic Card installed
on my System. I really like this game very much. I have latest graphic
drivers installed on my pc. I have latest BIOS Update from Intel for My
motherboard D915PBL, I have Intel 3 Ghz Processor with HT. There is link
given on Visit my MSN Zone.com and Gaming Help Site:
"http://mvps.org/nibblesnbits" and a link given on this site "New Patch for
XP Please Insert CD Bug" having this hyperlink and when i click on this link
it will open Microsoft `s website
webpage"http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?releaseid=35831&displaylang=en"
but there is nothing in this page but the given below message:The download
you requested is unavailable. If you continue to see this message when trying
to access this download, go to the "Search for a Download" area on the
Download Center home page.

So I want to know where is taht new Patch for CD insert Bug as i am also not
able to find in Microsoft Download Area.

Kindly do needful.

Nvidia cards enable you to change settings for games. Right click on an
open space of your desktop, choose properties. You are now in the video
properties, click on the settings tab, then on the advanced button. You
should see a tab for your card (geforce). click there and go to the
'performance and quality setting'. the options are manifold, from
changing antialiasing to negative LOD. Sometimes the anisotropic (have I
spelled it right?) setting does the trick. You might have to try various
settings until you find the right one. Oh yes, this tip would apply for
your problem BEFORE applying the patch. Try installing again without the
patch and playing with the settings.
