i'm disgusted to find after buying the game that i cant even istall it. i am
using 98se and i played the original game fine. but i guess microisoft wants
to force me to upgrade to an os i dont want. figures, the greedy dogs. lazy
too to not have it suport older windows os's.

YOUR JOKING RIGHT? The amount of content and the cpu usage this game takes
could not run well, at all, in Win98. If it would run at all. If you are
leary of XP try NT version. But stop screaming that Windows is forcing you to
buy something, their not. They are just staying up with the times unlike you.

If you are unhappy about Microsoft operating systems--maybe you should try a
Mac (see above). However, I'd advise you to also check out how much legacy
software each new Mac system broke!

Psst: Try getting a new computer.

Assuming you're talking about Dungeon Siege II... it's running happily
for me in Windows 2000 SP4.

Checked the readme.rtf and it says you need a minimum of Windows XP
SP1... guess M$ is trying to get people to upgrade to XP
unnecessarily...
