This is best romantic movie i have ever watched in my life. I watched i in a theatre when i was a kid and i remember everybody burst into tears.

Well, in my opinion, I don't like what they do to stories like this. I wanted to know more about the details of why Titanic sank and not a love story. Same is true with Pearl Harbor. I wanted to see the events that happened that led to the destruction of Pearl Harbor, I see a romantic movie instead. Yeah, okay, good movie. A little vague on the REAL events though...But hey, maybe it's just me...

I have also seen Titanic two times in the theater, I really enjoyed and the presentation of the tragedy was made lighter as the romance took the front seat.One of the classiest movies ever made.

I think the love story worked for Titanic because there wasn't really any interesting events on the Titanic besides the time it sank. It was just a case of bad luck and bad navigation. Pearl Harbor on the other hand just didn't work for me. There are more interesting characters during the time and more interestnig events they could have covered.

I love the story. But then the ending was really sad. It is a heartbreaking romantic film and i appreciate this kind of movie a lot.
