That is, Robert Downey Jr., the one who plays Ironman giving a bad review of The Dark Knight. He says that he doesn't get it. Well, that's the rivalry expected from Marvel and DC but I really liked The Dark Knight and I'd rank it as the top for superhero movies, followed by Spiderman 2.

Sounds more like he's still playing his character as Tony Stark. I don't think people are going to take his statement seriously or perhaps he's talking about all the hype Dark Knight got in which case he may have something there.
